Make our People Intelligence smarter. Optimize embedding pipelines, fine-tune models, and deeply integrate LLMs into our product.

#### You might work on

- Optimizing our search pipeline with better retrieval and ranking
- Running experiments to improve relevance and accuracy
- Integrating new LLM capabilities into the product
- Building evaluation frameworks to quantify search accuracy and research quality
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, AI research, or prompt engineering is a plus!

### Backend Engineer

Full-time

Build scalable infrastructure that powers our search. Design robust systems, optimize performance, and ensure reliability at scale.

#### You might work on

- Implementing core data indexing and ingestion pipelines for new data sources
- Designing and building a public API for our search
- Identifying performance optimizations and scaling bottlenecks proactively
- Building integrations with third-party services
- Scaling container architecture and managing infrastructure at scale
- Experience with distributed systems or CLI wizardry is a plus!

### Design Engineer

Full-time

Design and build the user experience. Have a deep understanding of what users want, prototype ideas quickly, and ship high-quality products.

#### You might work on

- Redesigning the UI for our search results
- Owning the frontend of our website, Chrome extension, integrations, etc.
- Crafting delightful and reusable React components
- Creating conversion funnels and A/B testing onboarding flows
- Implementing table search, filters, and virtualization
- Experience with graphic design, video production, or iOS development is a plus!
